  • develop a plan
  • conduct a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats (SWOT) analysis of the environment
  • select a small slice of the overarching theme or issue to work on as an individual

Harvest and Celebrate the learning, progress made and renewal

  • share progress and obstacles regarding each slice
